Research products only: all shipments contain research-use-only materials. Not for human or veterinary use.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume.

2. Shipping methods & delivery times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

TLX Group LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or unforeseen shipping interruptions once the order has left our facility.

3. Shipping restrictions

We ship within the United States only.

We respect federal, state, and city laws.

Products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are lawful to receive in their jurisdiction prior to purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate local, state, federal, or international laws.

4. Incorrect shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Orders returned due to incorrect address information may be subject to reshipping fees.

5. Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered, TLX Group LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

6. Damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide clear photos of packaging and product
• Include your order number

Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund. Our Refunds & Returns policy sets out what we do once a claim is accepted.
