Affiliate Program Terms

What this is

You share a link or a code. Somebody buys. You earn a percentage of that order. This page is the agreement that covers it.

By joining the program, sharing your link, or accepting a payout, you agree to these terms.

How you earn

**Your commission is 10% of the merchandise value of a qualifying order, after every discount has been applied.**

What that means precisely:

- It is calculated on what the customer actually paid for the goods — after sale prices, store-wide sales, bulk tiers, kit discounts, buy-two-get-one, and after your own discount code. - It excludes shipping, tax, and shipping protection. None of those is our margin, so none of them earns commission. - An order paid for with store credit still earns you full commission. Store credit is how somebody paid, not a discount on what they bought.

An order qualifies when it is **paid**, and it is credited to you if either:

1. the customer entered your code at checkout, or 2. the customer arrived through your referral link within the attribution window (currently 30 days) and did not use a different affiliate's code.

If a customer types one affiliate's code after clicking another affiliate's link, **the typed code wins.** It is the customer's explicit choice and we respect it.

When you get paid

**Commission is recorded the moment an order is paid**, so you can see the sale the same day it happens. It then sits **pending for 7 days** before it becomes available to pay out.

That holding period exists because an order can still be cancelled before it ships. Paying commission on an order that never went out and then asking for it back is worse for you than waiting a week.

**Payouts run on the 1st of the month** and pay everything that has matured — not everything earned in the month just gone. A sale late in the month matures into the following payout. An order paid on 28 March matures on 4 April, so it is in the 1 May payout, not the 1 April one. Nothing is lost; it arrives a month later.

There is a **minimum payout**. If your available balance is under it, the balance rolls forward to the next payout. **It is never forfeited.**

How you get paid

You choose, each time:

- **Cash**, by the method we have agreed with you, or - **Trulixir store credit**, which lands in your account and can be spent at checkout like any other payment method.

Sometimes we may offer product instead of either. That is always a conversation, never something we do unilaterally.

What you must not do

These are the rules that end the relationship if broken. They are not negotiable, and most of them exist because of the kind of products we sell.

**No medical, therapeutic, or health claims. Ever.** Do not say or imply that anything we sell treats, cures, prevents, diagnoses or mitigates any disease or condition. Do not describe dosing for a person. Do not suggest human or veterinary use. Do not present a research compound as a supplement, a medicine, a peptide "protocol", or a weight-loss product. Everything we sell is supplied **for laboratory research use only**, and your marketing has to say the same thing ours does.

This is the one that gets a store shut down. If you are unsure whether a post crosses the line, ask us before you publish it.

**No before-and-after photos, no personal results, no testimonials about taking anything.** Even framed as your own experience, that is a health claim about a research chemical.

**Disclose that you are paid.** The FTC requires it and so do we. A clear, unavoidable statement — "paid affiliate", "I earn a commission", "#ad" — in the post itself, not buried in a bio or a link tree.

**Do not target minors**, and do not advertise where the audience is primarily under 21.

**No self-dealing.** You cannot earn commission on your own orders. The system enforces this automatically; attempting to route your own purchases through your code with another account is fraud and ends the relationship.

**No paid search on our brand.** Do not bid on "Trulixir" or variations of it in any ad platform. You would be charging us to reach customers who were already looking for us.

**No spam.** No unsolicited email, no SMS blasts, no comment spam, no posting your link in places you have not been invited to.

**No coupon or deal sites** without our written agreement, and no inventing discount codes that we have not issued.

**Do not impersonate us.** You are an independent party, not an employee, agent, or spokesperson for Trulixir. Do not register domains, social accounts or handles that suggest otherwise, and do not answer customer-service questions as though you work here — send them to us.

**Do not misrepresent the products.** Purity, testing, sourcing, stock and certificates of analysis: if you make a factual claim about any of it, it has to match what is on our site, on the day you post it.

What we do with your data, and what you can see

Your portal shows your own link, how many times it has been opened, which orders were credited to you, what you have earned and what you have been paid.

**It deliberately does not show you anything about the customer.** No names, no email addresses, no shipping addresses, no order contents — only an order number, a date and an amount. Somebody who buys from us did not agree to have their details shown to whoever's code they used, and we will not share them.

Ending it

**You** can leave at any time. Tell us and we will settle what has matured.

**We** can end your participation at any time, with or without a reason, and immediately if you break the rules above. If we end it, anything you have already earned and that has matured is still yours and we will pay it. What we will not pay is commission that arose from activity that broke these terms.

We can also change the program — the rate, the holding period, the minimum, the attribution window — by updating this page. Changes apply to orders placed after the change, never retroactively to commission you have already earned.

No relationship beyond this

You are an independent contractor. This agreement does not create an employment relationship, a partnership, a joint venture, or an agency. You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn. Where required, we will issue the appropriate tax documentation.

Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.

Ask before you post, not after. We would far rather answer a question about whether some wording is acceptable than end a relationship over a post that should never have gone out.
